
Ingredients
2 large broccoli crowns of broccoli, chopped into bite sized pieces
3 TBSP your choice oil (olive, avocado, vegetable)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Optional: ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a large bowl, toss the chopped broccoli with olive oil. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper (and optional ingredients, if using) and toss until broccoli is well coated.
Spread coated broccoli onto a baking sheet; roast for 15-20 minutes or until crisped.
