
Ingredients:
- 1 TSP, fresh lime zest, grated
- 1/2 TSP, salt
- 1/2 TSP, ground chili powder
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into thick slices
- 1/2 pineapple, cut into rounds
- 1/2 papaya, seeded and cut into thick wedges
- 2 TBSP, lime juice
Directions:
- In a small bowl, stir together the lime zest, salt and chili powder. Set aside.
- Brush fruit with lime juice.
- Heat grill to 400F or prepare hot coals. Arrange fruit evenly on grill rack and cook about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer fruit to a large platter. Sprinkle with lime zest, salt, and chili powder mixture. Serve warm.
